Today we are going to talk about Mario Odyssey. I'm pretty sure that you have already heard about this game but if you haven't read further on. Mario Odyssey is a game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. In this 3D platformer, Mario and his hat, Cappy travel across various worlds to rescue Princess Peach from Brower who plans to marry her. The whole plot is the same. What is different is Cappy. Cappy is a spirit who possesses Mario's hat. If his hat is placed on certain characters or object, Mario can take control over them. This game mechanic allows Mario to access loads of abilities he couldn't do before. For example, at the start of the game, you take control of a frog. This allows Mario to jump higher. This game mechanic, I find, is a really well implemented in the game. This game reminds me of Mario Galaxy series where you could disguise yourself as Ghosts or bees. This is a list of the top 3 games that I am excited for this month. Keep in mind that this my opinion and you don't need to agree with me. 1. The first game I am excited for is Mario + Rabbids Kindom. This game is going to be a turned-based tactical-game. You could call it a child-friendly XCOM. The game is a crossover between the famous franchise Mario and Raving Rabbids. This game is developed and will be released by Ubisoft. It will be released on only the Nintendo Switch August 29th. Sonic Mania will be the latest installation to the Sonic games. In this game, it will be returning to its origins by being a 2D side scroller game.
