Weird Technology Wednesday- Invisible Helmet

Image result for invisible helmetToday on this weird day I made we are going to talk about an Invisible Helmet. You heard me alright. It is something you apply to your neck and when if feels impact an airbag covers your head. The airbag is made from super-strong nylon that doesn't tear when scraped across the ground. There is a video that explains this better than I could. If anyone who reads this wants a new helmet, this could be the one.

Today we are going to talk about Mario Odyssey. I'm pretty sure that you have already heard about this game but if you haven't read further on. Mario Odyssey is a game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. In this 3D platformer, Mario and his hat, Cappy travel across various worlds to rescue Princess Peach from Brower who plans to marry her. The whole plot is the same. What is different is Cappy. Cappy is a spirit who possesses Mario's hat. If his hat is placed on certain characters or object, Mario can take control over them. This game mechanic allows Mario to access loads of abilities he couldn't do before. For example, at the start of the game, you take control of a frog. This allows Mario to jump higher. This game mechanic, I find, is a really well implemented in the game. This game reminds me of Mario Galaxy series where you could disguise yourself as Ghosts or bees. Rime

Today we're going to talk about a game called Rime. Rime is an adventure puzzle video game developed by Tequila Works. This game is gorgeous. The music is also really good. Although this game is really beautiful, there are some downsides. The puzzles in this game are not very challenging which might be fine to some of you, but for me wasn't as satisfying. I will now try and tell you guys what Rime is without spoiling it. (I'm not good at this). You are a small boy that wakes up on a magical island from a shipwreck.Throughout the game, you have to solve multiple puzzles to find out what happened to the character. This game kind of reminds me of The Last Guardian, just not as good. I don't mean that in a bad way, this game is really good. Just not as good. I recommend this game to anyone who just wants to have a break from hardcore games and play a nice, peaceful game.                                 ...

Fortnite

Fortnite is an upcoming survival game developed by People Can Fly and Epic Games. In this game, you will find yourself exploring, scavenging for items, crafting weapons, building structures and fighting waves of zombies trying to kill you. This game is a multiplayer game meaning that you players can work together to build their structures in the day and defending those structures from zombies at night. After 14 days the zombies stop coming and you win, hence the name Fortnite. The terrain in this game is generated randomly and players are given a range of different weapons such as a Katana, Shotgun, Sniper Rifle and a Pistol. This early access to this game is releasing on July 25th, 2017.
